Cookie Policy

We use as few cookies as possible — no advertising and no cross-site tracking. This page explains exactly what is set and why.

Effective: September 11, 2026Version 1.0✉ [email protected]

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and — in many cases — to track you across sites. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels.

2. Our Approach

We keep cookies to a minimum. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run cross-site tracking, and we do not sell data derived from cookies. At present we do not operate third-party analytics that profile your behaviour.

For this reason, the website does not display a consent banner: there is nothing non-essential to consent to. If that ever changes, we will introduce a proper consent mechanism first and update this policy.

3. Categories of Cookies We May Use

  • •Strictly necessary — set by our hosting, content-delivery, and security provider (Cloudflare) to protect the site, prevent abuse, and route traffic reliably. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
  • •Functional — only if needed to remember a choice you make (for example, a display preference). We avoid these unless a feature requires them.
  • •Embedded third-party — set by an embedded service when you interact with it, such as a video (see section 4).

4. Third-Party Cookies from Embeds

Some pages may embed videos using YouTube in its privacy-enhanced "nocookie" mode. In that mode, YouTube does not set tracking cookies until you choose to play the video. If you play it, YouTube may then set cookies under its own policies. We do not control those cookies; please review Google's and YouTube's policies for details.

5. Analytics

We do not currently run third-party analytics that track individual visitors. Our hosting provider records limited technical logs (such as IP address and requested URL) for security and reliability, as described in our Privacy Policy. If we add analytics in the future, we will choose a privacy-respecting option and disclose it here.

6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block cookies entirely, block third-party cookies, or clear them on exit. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website from working correctly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy if our practices change. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page and record the change on our Changelog page.

8. Contact

If you have any questions about our use of cookies, contact us at [email protected].

This policy reflects our current, minimal use of cookies. It will be updated before any tracking or analytics is introduced.
